Certified Negotiation Expert is 2 full days of negotiating training specifically for real estate transasctions. This training will help get or save the most money in your real estate transaction.
CDPE or Certified Distress Property Experts is recognized as 2 days of intensive training just on facilitating short sale transaction. Listing agents that have this training designation are more likely to get your home closed if you are needing to pursue a short sale transaction.
Accredited Buyer Representative, to make sure buying your home is a stress-free and rewarding experience for you. Less than 3.0% of Realtors have this designation in North America.
Seller Representative Specialist, makes sure you have someone who is trained specifically for getting your home sold in a timely manner. Less than 1% of Realtors have this designation.
e-PRO® internet certification helps Realtors become "technologically savvy" to help in getting homes sold and helps guide buyers through the process. Less than 4.6% of Realtors have this certification.
SFR is training solely for short sale and foreclosure properties. These are becoming the "normal sales" due to the existing market conditions and will continue until market conditions change.
REOS Real Estate Owned Specialist certification is dedicated to educating Realtors working with foreclosure properties.
