Thank you for visiting my site for more information. To get information on listings go to my Featured Listing Page.

If you are a buyer, did you know down payment programs are still available that informed buyers are benefitting from? Look below.

Down Payment Programs For First Time Homebuyers Are Still Available

Buyers, would you like to have the opportunity to get an additional $6,500-$7,500 in stimulus money for down payment assistance? These 3 programs are on a first come first serve basis, this money will run out. The Gwinnett Homestretch and FHLB programs can be combined if you qualify for each.

Gwinnett Homestretch Programs

The Gwinnett Homestretch I Down Payment Assistance Program provides up to $7,500 dollars for down payment assistance and or closing costs to the first time homebuyer.

The Gwinnett Homestretch II Down Payment Assistance Program provides up to $6,500 dollars for down payment assistance. This program allows for a buyer to have a higher income limit than the Homestretch I Program. These programs are only available on Gwinnett County purchased properties so find out if you qualify for either program here.

 FHLB Grant Program

The FHLB Grant program for first time homebuyers is through Federal Home Loan Bank. Each year they set aside 10 percent of their annual net income to provide grants for affordable housing and to help first time homebuyers with down payments and closing costs. This is basically a soft second mortgage that will be forgiven after 5 years.

Click here for a detailed report for requirements and funding guidelines complete with a Q & A section for the First Time Homebuyer Program. I can help you get started in the process and introduce you to a qualified participating lender who can walk you through the process step by step. Call and we can get started.

Some of the requirements and details are:
