I understand that a house is the largest investment most people will ever make, therefore the one that can cost them or make them the most money when buying it or when selling it. Because of this understanding I take my responsibilities to our clients and customers very seriously. Many hours are spent before I ever arrive at a price range when listing a house and many more hours are spent planning out and executing our marketing strategy specific to that seller's needs. When representing a buyer many hours are spent educating them, advising them, and making sure they have the necessary information to avoid any pitfalls along the way. Many more hours are patiently spent showing homes to them and planning a closing.

 

 

Mark enjoys watching his two children play soccer, walking the Greenway with his two dogs Sadie and Toby, and trying out new restaurants. Mark also likes to ride his sport bike on the race track when there are local track events. Mark enjoys working and playing in the Roswell, Johns Creek and Alpharetta areas and has a personal and professional interest in the community.
